A Memorandum of the lake regions was signed at the BAIKAL ECOLOGICAL WATER FORUM. Representatives of the Eurasian regions, whose lakes are included in the world Treasury of freshwater and salt water bodies, were invited to the Plenary Meeting of the Association of Lake Regions. The guests of honor came from Buryatia, the Altai Republic, and the Trans-Baikal Territory. Together with Irkutsk residents, they signed a Memorandum of the Association of Lake Regions.
