In preparation for the conference "Water as an instrument of Peace", it was decided to publish a collection of international materials on topical issues of the global water crisis, water resources management and their impact on international relations, hydropolitics and diplomatic practice in Russia. The presentation of the English version of the Collection took place in Geneva in June 2021.
