The campaign will end on the world's largest subglacial lake Vostok in Antarctica. On the way from the North Pole to the South, a symbolic water exchange will take place on the shores of more than 20 large lakes on the continent. Samples taken from these reservoirs will add to the collection of "Great Lakes of the World".
